Shipping:
We offer shipping through various carriers. We use automated shipping for our print-on-demand products and direct shipping for the handmade items. Womb Tuners and other handmade items are shipped from our atelier in The Netherlands. Handmade items from our atelier are packed with love as a personal gift. Our print-on-demand items are delivered in neutral and efficient packaging. It's possible your order will be delivered in different shipments.
We offer international shipping for all the handcrafted items. Some of our print-on-demand products may not be available in your country. If so, please e-mail us to place an order: alotteloves@gmail.com
Shipping costs:
The Netherlands: €2,99 - free shipping on all orders €50 and up
Europe: €3,99 - free shipping on all orders €100 and up
International: €4,99 - free shipping on orders €150 and up
Delivery:
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Items that are send out from our atelier in The Netherlands will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours after your order. Estimated shipping times for print-on-demand items are displayed at checkout. These items can take a few days to deliver because they are especially made for you.
Keep in mind we are a small soul-led business and we fully trust that your order will be delivered in divine timing!
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or additional charges imposed by your country.
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Print-on-demand products are made to order and may nog be eligible for returns unless defective. For return requests, please contact us at alotteloves@gmail.com
